Enter your HealthCareID and then click Next to continue.
Use the unlock feature if you know your password and your account is locked. If you have forgotten your password and would like to change it, then use the reset feature instead.
You must have enrolled in the HealthCareID tools in order for the unlock function to work. If your account is locked and you have not enrolled, you will need to call the HCIS Help Desk (319) 356-0001.
